They were really cocky and overcharge for the labor cost
Myself and my family have used Hans and his mechanics for 15 years now without a single experience of less than perfection. He is honest, does great work and makes sure the work lasts. In my opinion he is a dying breed of mechanic: the kind that do their job honestly, well and to the highest standard. Dealers will gouge you and others will take advantage. Hans will not.
